- 2 dessertspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- zest of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pinch of pepper
- Fry the orange zest in a non-stick pan for a minute or until the zest is fragrant and starting to crisp.
- Add all the ingredients into the jar, close the lid on it and shake till blended.
