Orange Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients for orange-redwine-vinaigrette
Orange juice and zest, red wine, olive oil, whole grain mustard, salt and pepper.

Orange Mustard Vinaigrette


  • 2 dessertspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pinch of pepper


  1. Fry the orange zest in a non-stick pan for a minute or until the zest is fragrant and starting to crisp.
  2. Add all the ingredients into the jar, close the lid on it and shake till blended.
